Pricing & Terms
Because we don't want to build a solution that misses your real processes. The assessment is simultaneously analysis, risk check, and planning foundation – preventing costly mistakes. The fixed price gives you certainty before larger budgets are committed.
Yes. If you commission an implementation project within 60 days of the assessment, we credit 50% of the assessment price against the project budget.
For assessments: 50% on order, 50% on completion. For larger projects: milestone-based billing in 3–4 tranches. Retainer: monthly in advance, cancellable with 4 weeks notice.
For fixed-price projects: nothing. The agreed price stands. If scope changes, we discuss it openly – no hidden hours, no retrospective surcharges. That's why we always start with a careful assessment.
Yes, we work remotely with companies across Europe, especially in Germany, Poland and the DACH region. Assessments can be conducted fully remotely. For on-site appointments we calculate travel costs separately – no flat fees.
